What we built.
Video production is a pipeline: assets in, a sequence of transformations, a finished cut out. Most of that pipeline is repetitive work that has to happen the same way every time, which is exactly the part worth automating.
Moweb built a studio system that applies AI within that pipeline.

Key challenges

- 1Media is heavy. Storage, transfer and processing time dominate the engineering long before any model does.
- 2Production has a house style. Output that is technically correct but off-brand still gets sent back, so the system has to encode the standard, not just the process.
- 3A pipeline step that fails silently corrupts everything downstream, so each stage has to be verifiable on its own.
- 4Editors need an override at every stage. Automation that cannot be corrected is automation that gets switched off.
