Contact and enquiry data: when you write to us, book a call, or request certificates, we collect your name, work email, company, the phone or WhatsApp number you choose to give, the topic you select, whether you ask for an NDA, and the contents of your message.
Technical data stored with an enquiry: when you submit a form we also record your IP address, browser user agent, the page you submitted from, the referring URL, and an approximate location derived from your IP address (country, and where available city, region, postal area and timezone). This is stored against your enquiry, not only in aggregate server logs. Location is derived from your network address and is approximate: a VPN, a corporate network or a mobile carrier will place you somewhere other than where you are.
Campaign and referral data: we record how you reached us. That may include campaign parameters carried in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), advertising click identifiers from Google or Meta, the first page you landed on, the site that referred you, and, where that site is an AI assistant such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot or Claude, the name of the assistant. We cannot see and do not receive anything you typed into an AI assistant. Only the assistant’s name and the page it linked to are visible to us.
Stored on your device: your cookie choice and the referral data above are held in your browser’s local storage under the keys co_allowed, mw_attribution_v1 and mw_ai_referral_fired_v1. They stay on your device and reach us only if you choose to submit a form.
Engagement data: in the course of client work we may process data inside your systems strictly under the terms of our agreement with you. We do not use client data for our own purposes, and we do not sell any personal data.
