Supply chain software implementation and integration.
We connect the ERP, WMS, TMS, carrier, marketplace, EDI and supplier systems your supply chain already runs on, so orders, stock, shipments and invoices move between them without anyone re-keying them. Where you have already chosen a packaged product, we build the integration layer, custom modules and missing pieces around it, then test against your real data before cut-over.

Supply chain software implementation: what it is
Supply chain software implementation is the work of configuring, extending and connecting ERP, warehouse, transport, carrier and supplier systems so that orders, stock and shipments flow between them without re-keying.

What supply chain software implementation from Moweb covers.
Most supply chains do not run on one system. The ERP holds customers, items and invoices, a WMS runs the warehouse, carriers and 3PLs have their own portals, marketplaces and web stores take orders, and large retail customers send purchase orders over EDI. When those systems do not talk, people copy data between them, and every copy is a chance for a wrong quantity, a missed order or an invoice that does not match the shipment.
We build the connections between those systems and make them safe to leave running. That starts with an integration map: every entity that moves, which system is the record of truth for it, and what happens when two systems disagree. From there we build the API and EDI integrations, migrate and cleanse the data, run old and new side by side until the numbers reconcile, and hand over with monitoring so failed messages are caught and retried rather than lost.
To be clear about what we are: Moweb is a software development company, not a certified reseller or implementation partner for any proprietary ERP or supply chain suite. If you have already chosen a packaged product, we work alongside it and build the integrations, custom modules and missing pieces your process needs. If nothing packaged fits, we build the supply chain execution software itself.
How we keep supply chain integrations reliable.
An integration that works in a demo and quietly drops orders a month later costs more than having none. These are part of every integration we build, not optional extras.
One record of truth per entity
Before any code, we agree which system owns customers, items, prices, stock levels, orders, shipments and invoices. Every sync follows that map, so two systems never overwrite each other and nobody has to guess which number is right.
No duplicates, no silent overwrites
Each synced record keeps a cross-reference between systems, and every write checks it first. A replayed EDI file, a repeated webhook or a retried API call updates the existing order instead of creating a second one.
Rate limits and outages handled by design
Marketplace, carrier and ERP APIs all limit how fast you can call them, and all of them go down sometimes. Requests go through a queue that respects each limit, backs off when told to, and retries once the other side is back, so a busy sale day does not knock the sync over.
Failed messages you can see and fix
Records that fail validation go to a review queue with the reason in plain language, not into a log nobody reads. Your team gets alerts when a feed stops or errors build up, and can replay a message once the data is corrected.
How we implement and integrate your supply chain software.
Each step ends with something you can check before we move on. The scope is agreed in writing before the build starts, and discovery is covered by an NDA.
Map systems and data owners
We list every system, every entity that moves between them and every field, decide the record of truth for each, and document the rules for conflicts, timing and errors.
Migrate and cleanse data
We extract item, customer, supplier and open-transaction data, remove duplicates, fix units and codes, and load it into a test environment where your team can check it.
Build and test off live data
Integrations and custom modules are built against sandbox or test environments, using your sample and edge-case records, including partner EDI test cycles where your trading partners require them.
Parallel run and reconcile
The new flow runs alongside your current process for an agreed period. We reconcile orders, stock and invoices between the two and fix every mismatch before cut-over.
Train and cut over
Your team is trained on the new screens and on the failure queue, cut-over is planned with a rollback path, and someone from our side is on hand through the first days.
Support after go-live
You get monitoring, alerts, mapping documentation and a runbook. Ongoing support, fixes and changes continue on an agreed scope.
Supply chain integrations we build.
The implementation and integration work supply chain teams ask for most, built to your own rules and field mappings.
ERP connectors
Integrations with the ERP you already run, such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo or Tally, for items, customers, sales and purchase orders, stock movements and invoices, through the ERP's own APIs and import tools.
EDI integration
X12 and EDIFACT messages such as purchase orders, acknowledgements, advance ship notices and invoices, mapped to and from your ERP or WMS, with validation, acknowledgement tracking and partner-by-partner mapping rules.
Carrier and 3PL connections
Rate lookups, label booking, tracking updates and proof of delivery from carriers, plus order release and stock feeds to and from third-party logistics providers, so shipment status reaches your team and your customers without manual checks.
Marketplace and ecommerce order sync
Orders from marketplaces and web stores pulled into your order management or ERP, stock levels pushed back so you do not oversell, and dispatch and tracking details returned to the channel.
WMS and TMS integration
Your warehouse and transport systems kept in step with the ERP: orders released to pick, confirmations and stock adjustments posted back, and loads and routes shared with the transport side.
Supplier and customer portals
Portals where suppliers confirm purchase orders, upload ship notices and invoices, or where customers see orders and deliveries, reading from and writing to your core systems with access limited to each user's own records.
Custom modules around packaged software
The screens, rules and workflows your chosen product does not cover, built as separate modules or extensions that connect through its APIs, so the core stays standard and upgrades stay manageable.
Why supply chain teams work with Moweb.
An offshore development team is a fair thing to question. Here is what you get and how we protect your data.
Distribution software in production
We built EA Foods Limited's system: custom software, IoT and mobile apps for a Tanzanian food distribution business, covering customer management with credit scoring, product and distribution management, and sales team operations with route planning.
Integration work for partner firms
We build integrations as the development team behind a UK Simpro partner firm, to each of its end clients' requirements, so we are used to working inside someone else's product and delivery process.
Certified security and process
Moweb is ISO 27001:2022 certified and CMMI Level 3 appraised. We sign an NDA before discovery, and system credentials are stored encrypted and scoped to what each integration needs.
Honest advice on build versus buy
If a standard connector or your vendor's own module already does the job, we will say so. We build when the fit is not there, and we do not resell software.
Supply chains we build integrations for.
When a standard connector is enough.
Many ERPs, marketplaces and carriers offer ready-made connectors, and EDI providers offer managed mapping services. If one of those covers your process with your data as it is, use it: a subscription usually costs less than a build, and we will tell you so on the first call.
A custom integration earns its place when the standard connector cannot handle your units, pricing, entities or approval rules; when you need two-way sync with clear rules about which system wins; when one of the systems has no connector at all, such as an in-house ERP, a regional carrier or a legacy database; or when the connector works but gives you no duplicate protection, audit trail or alerts. We can also extend an existing connector rather than replace it.

Questions about Implementation and Integration.
What teams ask before they start.
It depends on how many systems and record types are involved, whether the sync is one-way or two-way, how much data needs migrating, and whether trading partners must certify EDI messages. A single well-defined feed is a short project; a multi-system rollout with migration and a parallel run takes longer. We give you a timeline after mapping the systems, before any build work starts.
