The AI reads the notes and photos from a site visit and proposes a draft quote built from your own catalogue items, prebuilds and cost centres. The draft lands in Simpro for an estimator to check, price and send. It never goes to the customer on its own.

Simpro's JobReady agent briefs technicians from job history in Simpro. Where the useful history lives elsewhere, such as asset registers, compliance certificates, manuals or older systems, we bring it together so the office and the technician see it next to the job.
Contract and maintenance watchers
Scheduled checks that look for work nobody has opened a job for yet: maintenance contracts coming up for renewal, recurring visits falling behind plan, customer assets due for service. They raise a task or a draft for your team to act on.
Admin automation on Simpro webhooks
Simpro can notify an integration when jobs, invoices, supplier invoices and payments change. We use those events to run the follow-up work your office does by hand, such as checking supplier invoices against orders or chasing missing job details, with exceptions sent to a person.
